Anabel García González, Esq. 

Anabel Garcia Gonzalez, Esq. is an Attorney at Law admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. She specializes in Immigration and Nationality Law with vast experience in complex family-based and employment-based cases.


Ms. Garcia obtained her first Law Degree at the Universidad de La Habana in her home country of Cuba. She earned a Master’s Degree in International Law (LL.M.) and a Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from the prestigious University of Miami School of Law.

 

During law School, she interned at the UM Health Rights Clinic, where she assisted low-income clients and the elderly in immigration matters, including naturalization and adjustment of status proceedings. 


Ms. Garcia has worked at reputable law firms specializing in Business Immigration, representing a wide variety of individual and corporate clients in immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, including O1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW for talented academic researchers, engineers, health professionals, technology experts, chefs, musicians and artists, and internationally recognized
athletes.

 

She is proficient in planning case strategy and case management, overseeing the entire petition process, from the initial application to responding to requests for additional evidence and preparing appeals.


Being an immigrant and a professional herself, Ms. Garcia understands how challenging it is for immigrants to immerse in any given professional field, facing the difficulties of the language barrier, the differences in the education system, and the remarkable technological advances.
